I'm a New Jersey real estate Broker Associate and a lifelong Monmouth County resident. I genuinely enjoy helping people, and I take the trust my clients place in me seriously. Every client and every situation is different, so I try to bring a thoughtful, personal approach to each relationship, along with the local knowledge that comes from having spent my life here.

For sellers, I draw on more than two decades of marketing experience to present each property at its very best and develop a strategy that makes sense for the home and the market. When I work with buyers, I listen carefully, pay attention to what matters to them and bring a perspective shaped not only by real estate, but by 15 years of public service and a lifetime of knowing Monmouth County.

Most importantly, I want my clients to understand what's happening and feel confident about the decisions they're making. Buying or selling real estate can involve a lot of moving parts, and my job is to guide people through them with care, clarity and steady attention from beginning to end.

My work has included residential sales and purchases, rentals, commercial real estate, and properties being managed or sold through estates and trusts. That broader experience helps me look at the property, the transaction and the people involved rather than approaching every situation the same way.

Some of the most complicated real estate situations I've encountered involve properties held by an estate or trust. Executors, trustees and families are often dealing with much more than a property sale. That experience led me to create Estates & Trusts NJ, a separate educational resource focused on helping people better understand the property-related decisions that can arise during estate administration.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Property with a business purpose.

Commercial real estate brings a different set of questions. When I'm working with a property owner or a business, I'm looking not only at the real estate itself, but at how the location, space, access, use and economics fit what that business is trying to accomplish. I bring that perspective to both the marketing of commercial properties and the search for the right space.

LOCAL PERSPECTIVE

Perspective comes with experience.

Monmouth County has been home my entire life. My perspective on the area has also been shaped by years of public and community service, including municipal government, land-use and planning work, education and local organizations.

Those experiences have given me the opportunity to see communities from more than a real estate perspective. I've watched neighborhoods change, seen how decisions about land use and development affect the places around them, and worked alongside people who care deeply about where they live.
